Senior Project Manager - Lifecycle - PFI Healthcare. Manchester - Salary c75k + allowance.

A Senior Project Manager is needed on the Joint Hospitals contract in Manchester to act as the principal contractor to manage a large number of M&E and Fabric lifecycle replacement projects across the sites including chiller replacements, lighting upgrades, plant room equipment upgrades etc

You will need to have extensive lifecycle project management experience preferably within a healthcare environment, with a good awareness of PFI. A knowledge of HTM's and HBN's is also recommended.

There is another company that manages the hard FM on the contract and the successful candidate will need to be a skilled communicator that's both technically qualified and confident dealing with multiple senior stakeholders at all levels.
