Being able to manage a large overlapping engineering team along with multiple stakeholders in an unconventional setting creates an exciting role for an experienced operator.

Not being fazed by being on a site with a huge footfall and all that that entails.

Strong management skills coupled with impressive M&E Technical FM experience and relevant qualifications.

This is a post perhaps for a strong Supervisor looking to take a step up or a Maintenance Manager, or an existing Engineering Operations Manager looking for their next bigger step. Especially if you have run large teams before on a single site managing complex teams of operatives. Keeping morale high and being the go to for any issues on site which are related to the M&E Engineering Technical team.

The ideal candidate will be available and happy to start perm immediately or temp to perm, however my client will look at candidates on notice period but ideally not one which exceeds one month.

Single site experience is preferred but not essential.
