Park Avenue are working with a London Borough to find an experienced Programme Director for Tenancy Services to join their Housing Division on an interim basis. Reporting to the Director of Housing, the role entails a mix of operational and change management, with the opportunity to make real impact.

You'll lead core services including Housing Management, Income Services, Resident Engagement, and Sheltered Housing, whilst driving the development of a robust Leasehold Services offer. Immediate priorities include supporting a leadership team in need of people-focused direction!

This is a challenging, politically sensitive role that will see you engaging with senior stakeholders to modernise services and improve outcomes for residents.
