Position: Project Manager

At PSR we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a Tier 1 Main contractor based in the East Midlands. Projects include Health care, Education and High rise, Valued up to 80m.

What will you be responsible for as a Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors.

Your day to day will include:

• Plan the entire project deliver to meet contractual and industry standards.

• Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free.

• Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns.

• Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns.
• Monitor safety on site and feedback learnings into the business

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You have a track record of delivery projects up to 60m in value
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 Plus addition benefits.
