Vacancy: Operations Manager

Location: Nottingham

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As the Operations Manager you'll be working within the Nottingham Construction team, supporting them in the construction of building projects across the region.

Duties:

• Lead in all aspects of Health & Safety
• Manage the execution of contracts under the main contract conditions
• Line management for all of the Operations Team
• Promote and ensure an inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Strong Tier 1 / 2 contractor experience as the Operations Manager / Director
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Confident leader
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Strong commitment to health & safety
• The ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients
