Junior Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing order documentation when project is undertaken to ensure costs, margins and schedules are adhered to.
• Record and provide feedback to area leader and stakeholder's on lessons learned throughout projects.
• Act as the customer interface for the duration of a project/order/contract giving the customer regular status reports or dealing with the customer on issues with the project under guidance of a senior project manager.
• Manage and aid resolution of technical enquiries with engineering support.
• Produce project plans, which are regularly updated and issued to the team involved in meeting the customer's delivery schedule.
• Hold regular project meetings, taking the minutes and ensuring actions are maintained, escalating if delivery is not maintained.

Junior Project Manager - Key Skills

• Qualified to HNC/Bachelors degree level
• Some experience in a project management and process improvement.
• Previous experience of evaluating estimates, proposals, bids and tenders.
• Effective communication skills with a particular emphasis on building engagement, influencing and presentation skills.
