Project Manager / Project Leader / Engineering Manager required to join a leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Project Manager / Project Leader / Engineering Manager Will be office-based near Torquay, responsible for managing various Hydraulic projects from inception through to final completion for products such as Hydraulics Presses, Cylinders, valves, motors, Power Packs, actuators, or similar.
The Project Manager / Project Leader / Engineering Manager will ideally have an Electro-Mechanical background in project management, ideally within Hydraulics, Fluid Power, industrial engineering or similar sectors.

Project Manager / Project Leader / Engineering Manager Role
- Manage engineering projects involving hydraulics, transmission systems, and cylinders from handover to completion.
- Oversee the delivery of hydraulic presses, cylinders, pumps, motors, accumulators, and power packs.
- Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement to various hydraulic projects and services.
- Report to the Senior Project Manager and manage timelines for Hydraulic installations, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Proven experience in the hydraulics industry with expertise in cylinders, pumps, motors, accumulators, and related systems.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Project leader, Project Engineer, Installation Manager, and Engineering Manager within the fluid power industry.
- Background as a Project Manager, Engineer, or similar role in the hydraulics sector.
- Hydraulic Service Engineers seeking to transition into project management are welcome.
- 18th Edition Electrical qualification is advantageous.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to commute to Torquay.
