Due to an internal promotion our client is now seeking a new Facilities Management Project Lead to jointly head up their Southern presence.

This is one of the best performing division of their overall business.

This is jointly headed up by two regional FM Project Leads.

One has very recently accepted an internal promotion.

As such this role has now become avaialble.

Ideal locations for the preferred candidate to cover this region, would be anywhere in the South who are happy to travel throughout the region.

The FM Projects role is both a sales focussed post: selling FM project solutions to both existing and new clients. As well as running each FM projects with the team from 'cradle to grave'.

Someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment, able to motivate others, takes pride in each project they and their team deliver and are able to cultivate exceptional client relationships will succeed in this exciting role.

Interviewing during December 2024 / January 2025 with the view to appoint quickly due to the role being a backfill post.
