Logical are working with a well-established fire protection company who have recently opened a fire door sector of the business and, are looking for an ops manager to help grow the business into a success.

Our client has done the groundwork to make the business a success and already have an exciting pipeline of fire door work. As the business is still fairly new, they are looking for someone who is comfortable with doing a variety of a job roles including:

• Winning work,
• Putting forward quotes and tenders,
• Estimating,
• Liaising with the client from the start to the final handover,
• Managing the project,
• Resourcing operatives,

Must have:

• 3+ years experience as a Contracts manager/ops manager - ideally for a fire door company
• Experience setting up a new division
• Fire door knowledge
• BM Trada/FIRAS knowledge
• NVQ level 6
• Full driving licence
• Own car Travel can be nationwide
• Two references from fire door companies

Salary:

• GBP60k-GBP65k
