I am working with a national main contractor, specialising in new build projects up to 20m in the commercial sector, who currently have a requirement for a Project Manager on a freelance basis.

The project is a new build, fast paced commercial development, value 15m.

The successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Experience of new build projects, including frame, cladding, roofing and internals packages would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• project Management including managing subcontractors and site staff
• Management of the relationship with the end client
• Managing the development to programme
• Health and Safety
