Project Manager

A leading provider of engineering technology is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects at the forefront of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle projects, from initiation to closure
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to optimise performance
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
• Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in project management, ideally with experience of complex projects in engineering, IT, infrastructure, defence, aerospace or similar
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) preferred
