Are you an Operations Manager from a manufacturing background looking for an autonomous role where you will play a key role in the success of the business?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you oversee the operations of this busy site with the freedom to put your own stamp on business operations with a strong focus on continuous improvement across the site.

Alongside this you will support the company in achieving their ambitious growth plans through the development of strategies and policies as well playing an important role in the decision-making process of the organisation.

The company are currently undergoing a substantial period of growth and have multiple sites across the UK and are looking for a strong leader who can help take the business further.

This position would suit a Factory/Operations Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a fresh challenge.
