Rate: GBP350 - GBP400 CIS

O Neill and Brennan are currently working with a main contractor who have won a number of commercial and residential tenders in the central London area. They currently have a requirement for Construction PM s with experience managing projects of around GBP5 million.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Strong experience working as a PM for a main contractor
• Prior experience on high-end residential and commercial refurb/fit-out schemes
• Ideally good experience with both pre-construction and build
