• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated project management expertise, either from a contractor background or formal facilities/estates project management.

• Trade Contractor Management: Skilled in managing all core trade contractors (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) to ensure credibility and seamless project execution.

• Client Communication: Fantastic direct end client-facing communication skills to build early trust and maintain confidence throughout luxury projects.

• Qualifications: UK driving licence.

• Ambition and Quality Focus: Must be experienced in fit outs with a strong ambition to deliver high quality at pace and to grow within the organization as a key member of the Projects team.
