My client are a well established construction company that work on high end high rise schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Director to join them in leading a high-rise commercial scheme based in Manchester!

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Experience managing multioccupancy projects

Duties will include:

• Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme.
• Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
• Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
• Quality control.
• Reporting into the Construction Director.
