Mechanical Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of build projects.

Applicants must have a mechanical engineering background in either building services, perhaps from an M&E contracting background.

• Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
• Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
• Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing using Autocad
• Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
• Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
• Monday - Friday, early finish Friday

Requirements

• HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Pipe Fitter background
• Project engineering, project management / supervisory experience in building services, pipe fitting
• AutoCAD experience - beneficial
• Organised and clear communicator
