About the Role
This is a fast-paced, 12-month project requiring a proactive and highly organised Project Manager. You will take full responsibility for delivering a new 10m industrial shed build, managing all aspects of the programme to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of the project, from site set-up to handover.
• Managing and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on programme milestones.
• Maintaining strong communication with the client and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Monitoring progress, costs, and quality, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Enforcing strict health and safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety on-site.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A proven track record of delivering steel frame shed builds for main contractors, from groundworks through to completion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and build positive relationships across all levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fast-track construction methods, cost control, and programme management.
• Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC contracts.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience managing projects valued at 10m or higher.
• Flexibility to travel to the site daily, with occasional travel for meetings or site visits as required.
• A professional attitude, with a focus on delivering results and maintaining client satisfaction.
