About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our CEO and parent company to help rapidly scale Foodsteps through the next stage of the company. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company, working across teams and projects as needed to scale the company.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the operations function at Foodsteps, reporting directly to our CEO and our parent company, Registrar Corp.
  • Help track and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment across the organisation.
  • Help to drive the execution of company-wide OKRs and KPI tracking, ensuring all teams are aligned and focused on achieving key milestones.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, all company meetings, feedback processes, and employee engagement programs.
  • Help manage the relationship and reporting to our parent company, ensuring smooth communications and timely reporting of key metrics.
  • Spot opportunities to remove blockers to the scaling of the business.
  • Work closely with all team leaders on key initiatives, ensuring internal blockers are quickly resolved.
  • Take on additional responsibilities that arise as needed to support the CEO.
Must Haves
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up environment within an Operations role.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in building and tracking OKRs, KPIs and other internal metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across different business functions effectively, delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build relationships across all levels of our organisation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Passionate about climate-tech and the potential it brings.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in high-level financial reporting.
  • Experience working in a similar size company in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience of working in the sustainability space.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
Salary, Location and Benefits
  • Ideally London-based, 2-3 days in the office per week.
