Role: Operations Manager
Division: Trent Precast
Location: Colwick, Nottingham
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Salary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am 17:00pm, 50 hours a week

You must have the right to work in the UK, this is not an admin-based role, not suitable for automotive or food manufacturing backgrounds.

What JRL Group are looking for in an operations manager:
• Have extensive precast knowledge and be confident in reading and interpreting complex steel drawings
• Have a competent understanding from start to finish in every part of the precast production process.
• Design all in-house mould manufacturing
• Accountable for 200+ employees over 3 factories, 3 managers and 8 supervisors
• Have direct input of the day to day running of the facility
• Build, develop and mentor all teams
• Advise costs for all areas of tender
• Chair all management, production, pre-production, site and planning meetings
• Be very hands on to problem solve and conduct teaching moments
• Confidence in driving performance and quality of production
• Exceptional communication skills
• Implement and adhere to all health and safety protocols on site
• Be a great advocate with other divisions within the JRL Group
