I am working with a construction main contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a full time Assistant Project Manager.

Day to day duties include:
Appointment of design team and surveys/ site investigations.
Key point of contact for the client
Producing and inputting into detailed cost plans
Involvement in the tender process, working with the bid team to complete tender deliverables.
Assist with the preparation of tender proposals such as detailed specifications and cost analysis.

Requirements for the role:
Ideally degree qualification in construction
Based in Greater Manchester
2+ years at Assistant Project Manager level
Experience working for a main contractor
