We build recruitment are looking for a Fit-out project manager to start work for one our leading clients in Warrington.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, profitable, and timely delivery of these projects while providing strong leadership and strategic direction.

Rate of pay: 65,000 a year (Salary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules.
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
• Implement robust health and safety protocols.
• Secure and manage necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate smooth project handover and ongoing customer support.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working on office fit outs
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Relevant qualifications and accreditation
• Northwest based
