Our Project & Building Consultancy team are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join their growing team in the CIty. You will be working on instructions involving mainly commercial office CAT A and CAT B fit out, as well as larger refurbishments of commercial buildings. You should have a good understanding of the Project Management process and its procedures as well as a good understanding of Construction Contracts and the Contract administration processes. You will be able to assist with project management delivery service to clients in fit out projects, assist with / manage internal and external project teams as well as assisting with budgeting for projects.

This opportunity will allow the right indivdual to work on some extremely exciting projects in and around London and to be able to work closely with Partner's in the business.

You will be a recent RICS registered graduate who has a years+ practical construction / project management experience. You will be looking to progress your career within Project Management and will want to pursue your MRICS qualification.
