The salary will be paid at Grade 8, £54,853 to £63,051 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.
This post will be offered on an indefinite basis.
This is a full-time post.
The selection process will include a panel interview.
King’s College London are seeking a highly-motivated, organised and capable individual to deliver effective and professional construction project management services across the College’s substantial and varied property portfolio.
Candidates will be dynamic and driven individuals with the ideal blend of technical, interpersonal and leadership skills need for delivering construction projects in complex environments.
The main duties of the Senior Project Manager within the project environment will be stakeholder engagement, leading teams, appointment of key consultants and supply chain members, budgetary control, and the management and delivery of the key project benefits.
This is a rewarding and valuable role, vital in the development of teaching, research and healthcare facilities, which support the University’s goals and bring wider societal benefits through medical research and education.
