Key Accountabilities - Project Manager:
- Lead initiatives in health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, and environmental management.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all operations meet stringent deadlines and financial targets.
- Cultivate a positive team culture that enhances wellbeing and performance.
- Implement cutting-edge methodologies such as "offsite first" and production line thinking to revolutionise project delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
- Experience in contract administration and a deep understanding of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Lean Construction, and Agile Programme Management.
- A focus on programme delivery, with the ability to plan and organise resources effectively.
- Commercial acumen to guide the team in producing accurate forecasts and reports.
- A minimum HNC qualification in a relevant field, with professional qualifications being advantageous.
- Essential IT literacy, SMSTS safety qualification, and a relevant CSCS card.
