Purpose of the Role - Project Manager:
The primary objective of this role is to lead complex water infrastructure projects within the Thames Water Framework, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion while driving innovation and excellence.

Key Accountabilities - Project Manager:

• Lead initiatives in health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, and environmental management.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all operations meet stringent deadlines and financial targets.
• Cultivate a positive team culture that enhances wellbeing and performance.
• Implement cutting-edge methodologies such as "offsite first" and production line thinking to revolutionise project delivery.

Competency Requirements - Project Manager:

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
• Experience in contract administration and a deep understanding of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Lean Construction, and Agile Programme Management.
• A focus on programme delivery, with the ability to plan and organise resources effectively.
• Commercial acumen to guide the team in producing accurate forecasts and reports.

Technical/Professional Expertise and Qualifications - Project Manager:

• A minimum HNC qualification in a relevant field, with professional qualifications being advantageous.
• Essential IT literacy, SMSTS safety qualification, and a relevant CSCS card.
