We are working with a leading specialist in precision cooling and advanced BMS solutions for data centers, seeking a BMS Project Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer ready to transition into project management or a BMS Project Manager eager to work on high-value, cutting-edge projects with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BMS projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and delivery.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide technical oversight for system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium etc. or other similar products
• Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet) and IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with site work and electrical systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
