Portsmouth City Council is replacing its current Oracle E-Business Suite system which is provided en premise with a new ERP Cloud based Software as a Service solution. We need a Senior Project Manager to ensure that the project delivers on time, to specification and budget.

You will be joining us at an exciting time; we are finalising our choice of software supplier and hope to award a contract to an implementation partner early summer.  

You will be a Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate significant experience of delivery of end to end complex IT system implementation, ideally of an ERP and a cloud based solution.

You will be comfortable and confident in holding our IT suppliers to account both internal and external. Your credibility will come from having learned the lessons of previous systems implementations; you will know the technical questions to ask and when, ensuring alignment of technical resources between suppliers to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

As well as resilient, you will be able to work under pressure and to exacting deadlines whilst maintaining focus and managing risk.
