TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER 

Contract Type: TEMPORARY initial 6 month contract 
Location: Bristol (St James Court) 
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 pro rota 

ROLE 

Planning and timely delivery of key transformation projects that forms part of the businesses medium term plan. A large part of the role will be dedicated to 'Project ROI' which seeks to enhance the service offering for the ROI portfolio, and developing a scalable infrastructure to help realise ambitious growth targets. Design and delivery of efficient, lean processes and systems optimisation. Responsible for establishing strong governance, operating framework and performance SLAs with the ROI service provider and maximising the value of that relationship. 

RESPONSABILITIES 

Managing the key client relationships, actively monitoring agreed KPIs

Developing and coordinating delivery of the ROI project plan 

Owning the communication plan and ensuring key stakeholders remain informed and engaged 

Adjusting the approach of Leasing Solutions and Paragon in light of changes to the regulatory landscape. 

REQUIRED 

Proven track record of project execution, ideally within an Agile framework 

Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of service to internal and external stakeholders
