Rotate° is on the hunt for an an outstanding Digital Project Manager to join our growing eCommerce agency team, based in East London.

We’re a digital creative studio in East London that specialises in eCommerce - from brand to build to audience. We work with a range of fast-moving clients in the Luxury & Lifestyle sectors. We're passionate about pushing boundaries, creating great brands and making memorable digital experiences.

You

We are looking for our glue! An experienced digital project manager who is extremely organised, confident and comfortable with taking on and owning vital parts of the studio.

You have a great knowledge of the digital landscape, including Web Design & Development, eCommerce platforms and tools, CMS platforms and has a passion for all things well designed. 

Working with our team of designers, developers & marketers, you will be an integral part of the agency, delivering an outstanding client experience.

The Role:

Manage the production of all projects

Writing statements of work, creating timelines and budgets

Leading the production team and the resourcing of it

First point of contact for clients and leading communication during projects

Working with Finance to ensure clients are billed on time

Manage the day-to-day studio work flow and the software tools that assist this.

Create reports on a project and studio level as to profitability

Fine tuning our agency process

The ideal candidate fits the following profile:

At least three years experience managing digital projects agency-side

Can demonstrate previous digital projects that have been delivered on-time and within budget

Proven experience in embedding and championing new processes

You are detail-oriented and highly-organised

A clear communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills as well as organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

Scrum or similar project management qualifications.

Excellent Project or suitable project management software understanding

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Commerce Tools, Magento

Has an interest or previous experience working with high-end/luxury/premium brands

Keen to develop their career in a fast-paced agency environment

Salary

From £35k-55k depending on experience.
