Operations Project Manager
We are a growing company that operates on-site laundry facilities at apartment buildings. To support our continued growth, we seek to immediately hire an experienced Operations Project Manager to handle field operations projects. This position is largely stationed at the home office but will require field visits.
Candidate must have prior experience in project management and be able to show tangible examples of this. Excellent computer skills utilizing MS word, excel, and Google Drive is required.
The position requires the candidate be highly organized, technically well versed and able to juggle multiple projects at once all with high integrity. Candidate will also assist in coordinatimg installation and maintenance of equipment, evaluate problems and determine repair procedures, perform evaluations of new locations, order equipment and maintain field parts inventory.
Territory will include customer stops from NYC to Philadelphia, with most locations in New Jersey. This is a full-time position and candidates must be able to work flexible hours if needed, including evenings if required. A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record is a must.
