Junior Client side Project Manager
Well established boutique project management consultancy with a growing reputation on the world of commercial office fit out is looking for an ambitious dynamic individual to work closely with their existing clients delivering improvements to their environment by delivering reconfigurations, furniture upgrades and possibly assisting with small relocations.
Working under the guidance of the department leader it will be your job to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and develop long term relationships with the client after the initial project handover.
Upon identifying a capital works opportunity you will work with the client to develop a brief, confirm scope of the project, space plan with the design department, obtain costs, present to the client and ensure successful delivery to the client. You will also look for opportunities to provide advice and assistance with furniture upgrades. Your responsibilities wlll be to develop and grow supplier relationships, carry out furniture audits, write and deliver proposals using indesign, and manage the furniture installation process to client handover.
To be considered you will have 2 years experience in a client facing role, such as project management, sales or similar in a fit out, commercial furniture. Good salary, benefits and great long term opportunities for the successful candidate.
