Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator
A unique opportunity for a detail driven, client facing assistant with strong project coordination experience.
We are working with one of the world's leading search and leadership consulting organisations and this role sits within one of their most dynamic practice areas. Supporting a Partner and Consultant on a 1:2 basis (up-to-the minute diary, email and global travel management), you will be also instrumental in making sure actions are relayed through the team as a whole, working with researchers and junior consultants to ensure the relevant pipeline of meetings is taking place and new client pitches are planned for in good time.
You will be able to demonstrate some account management experience in previous roles as there are so many intricacies involved in handling mature client and candidate relationships. You will have the opportunity to attend client meetings, take notes and be responsible for disseminating those notes back through to the team quickly for maximum gains. Your communication skills will be second to none as you will be keeping various stakeholders updated verbally on complex processes but also putting together materials (PowerPoint pitches, briefing notes and summarising research as well as making sure clients are billed correctly). You will also at various times be responsible for handling requests and questions that come into the team from their external contacts and must have the ability to proactively deal with issues yourself as they arise, without the need to always pass onto the consultant group.
- 3-5 years PA/project coordination experience
- Degree qualification (or equivalent)
- Interests in media and sports would be a bonus
