This HR Project Administrator Position Features:
The Human Resources Project Administrator works within the PMO and with the PMO leadership to provide standardization and management of a portfolio of projects as well as sustainment of project deliverables. To be successful in this role you will have experience with project execution including task identification,, dependency definition, resource allocation under a PMO for an HR Operations Team. 

? Project administration, support Workstream leads, using established project controls and procedures based on PMBOK 
? Coordinate the delivery of all PMO governance updates on process, templates; providing guidance as needed to team members 
? Perform, coordinate and provide PMO deliverable reviews with leadership 
? Communicate with team and PMO Leader project risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management activities planned, need for integration with other projects 
? Perform all project planning, scheduling and cost control for assigned workstream(s) 
? Prepare weekly reports including accomplishments, milestones, risks, overall status to support the Workstream Leader and all workstreams to support the PMO. 
? Support PMO by Consolidating project plans into summarized dashboards to establish a holistic plan, flag inter-dependencies/risks, and help the PMO make decisions faster 
? Track status of all workstreams and provide weekly meeting support with tracking actions, risks, decisions using the systems for such work efforts 
? Assist in the day-to-day administration activities of the PMO to ensure projects meet organization goals and requirements using standardized proven processes, templates and reporting 
? Support the document repository administration, guidance to team members (new and refresh) 
? Change management support for assigned projects working with Workstream Leaders and PMO to support delivery plans 
? Work with Process/Business Analysts to create process documentation for assigned projects

? BS in Project Management, Business Management, HR Management 
? 3+ years of Project Management experience on projects valued at $5 million or larger 
? Or equivalent combination of education and experience 
? 3 years? experience delivering HR projects: HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Systems 
? Preferred PMI Certification 
? Preferred PMO administration experience 
? Preferred Change Management for transformation and/or HR Operations
? Strong project management delivery skills 
? Strong analytical, organization and communication skills are critical 
? Ability to develop and foster team relationships 
? Professional attitude, personal drive, initiative, attention to detail, commitment to excellent customer service, and strong work ethic. 
? Working proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint and Visio
