This Mechanical Project Manager position will lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and sub contracted engineers to aid in the delivery of a large, commercial centre in mid-Cornwall

The Role
This Mechanical Project Manager position will lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and sub contracted engineers to aid in the delivery of a large, commercial centre in mid-Cornwall
Snapshot of Duties:
- Take accountability for the project Health & Safety including toolbox talks / site audits and ensuring all aspects of the site are carried out in line with current legislation
- Hold responsibility for expenditure on projects allocated
- Collaborate with the client s respective management teams and stakeholders and liaising with supply chain
- Ensure all customer requests are acknowledged and contractual obligations are met
- Ensure sufficient installation labour is sourced to meet the project requirements
- Ensure all projects are closed within the timelines agreed
- To be a thorough and confident leader of people, skilled and experienced enough to take the lead in the mechanical team of trained professionals
- Minimum 5 years as a Mechanically bias Project Manager
- Ideally, somebody with strong HVAC and mechanical services experience
- SC Clearance
- BTEC: HNC or ONC in Building Services
- CSCS Card
