You can see our case studies on our website under the different sectors.

For those that are interested there could also be opportunities for international travel, particularly to Australia and Hong Kong where we have a number of other offices. You’ll receive first class training in a number of related areas and will be rewarded with a benefits package that includes our annual ski trip.

Salary

The Annual salary for our graduate during their first year is £23,000 rising to £25,000 after passing probation.

Selection process

We’ve designed a recruitment process to help give everyone who applies an equal opportunity to show us their best. An outline of what to expect is below:

  • Online Application:
    • This is your chance to tell us about your academic background and any work experience you have so far. Please think about why a career in Project Controls appeals to you and make sure to include this in your cover letter.
  • Interview: June- August
    • If you’re successful with your online application, we’ll contact you by telephone to find out a bit more about your experiences so far and ambitions for the future. If this is in line with what we’re looking for, then we’ll arrange a first interview with you, either at our London office or on Skype if distance is an issue. This is your chance to display the qualities that a CV can’t do justice to!
  • Assessment Day: August
    • Those who are successful at the interview stage will be invited to one of our assessment days. There will be some group exercises, a series of short tests and at least two further interviews. These days are as much for you to find out what it’s like to work at LogiKal as much as it is for us to find out your best qualities and fit with the company. These will take place at our London office.
  • Offer:
    • The programme is scheduled to start in the first week of September and we aim to get offers out to our chosen graduates as soon as possible after our assessment days.
