As a Project Manager - Upper tier local authority - you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing financial budgets.
  • Coordinating with contractors.
  • Managing the construction process.


The ideal candidate for the Project Manager - Upper tier local authority role would have experience working within a public sector organisation within a Project Manager capacity. They must be:

  • Meticulous with excellent written skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to multitask.
  • Experienced in compiling and following strict budgets but also able to manage a team and multiple projects.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge understanding of the property and housing industry.
