Our client is looking for a creative project manager to bring fantastic communication, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering world-class marketing campaigns to their world-class clients.

This role requires someone able to manage multiple, complex requirements at a time, with regular liaison with multiple clients and account handlers, as well as people across the agency. They want someone who is adaptable, flexible and able to deal with late, last minute changes over the many varied parts of each campaign. It requires the ability to think and plan ahead, with a solid understanding of the campaign life cycle and the ability and knowledge to know what's coming, and what's required to make sure it's delivered properly.

Attention to detail is vital, with the ability to deliver high quality campaigns with QA carried out throughout to ensure everything meets the agency's high standards. As important is an understanding of process, coupled with the ability and strength to push back and help steer the project, recommend better ways of working, and proactively improve the agency's processes. 

The role will work collaboratively, but with autonomy - it's a team effort, but the PM has the freedom to do what they need to do to get the job done. As such, they need to be tenacious and driven enough to make sure the job is done on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
