Project Manager - Security Systems - Midlands base with National travel - Up to 50,000 + 5,500 car allowance + 10% Bonus

The Resourcing Group is urgently seeking a Project Manager to join a Leading FM Service provider in this complex and rewarding role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on Security System projects and contribute to the success of the company.

About your role:

• Client Liaison and Project Management: Manage client relationships from project initiation to completion including design, programming, phasing, and scheduling. Coordinate site surveys, quotes, and plant hire, ensuring compliance with procedures.

• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, HSE systems, and safe working practices. Manage risk assessments, method statements, and HSE documentation, ensuring team members are adequately trained.

• Project Delivery and Documentation: Oversee the delivery of development works and asset replacements, managing timelines, labour planning, and cost preparation. Maintain accurate site documentation, including operation manuals, safety files, and subcontractor evaluations.

• Communication and Teamwork: Attend meetings (prestart, handover, cost reviews) and work collaboratively across teams in the UK. Monitor and manage subcontractor performance to optimise efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the security/intruder systems sector.
• Electrical qualified.
• Experience of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Full; UK driving licence - Happy with UK wide travel
