The University is seeking to appoint a Project Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of the Universities capital programme. The Project Manager will take the lead role in the project management of the University’s capital and minor works projects across a mixed-use estate portfolio of research and teaching facilities, student residences, social and hospitality space, sports facilities and commercial space. Projects will typically range from £50k to £5m in value, with the opportunity to progress on to larger schemes in the future.
We are seeking an individual who is experienced in and enjoys delivering complex refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically in in the £50k to £5m value range. You will have strong technical and commercial management skills, with experience of managing the design, procurement, contract administration and post-contract delivery stages of projects.
The role would suit an individual that wants to progress their career in a client-side project management role in a fantastic campus estate portfolio setting.
