Role: Project Manager

Location: West Midlands

Salary: 50,000 (DoE)

We are currently looking for a project manager who is eager and wiling to deliver large scale technical implementations as well as the continued development of projects currently on the timeline. If you think this sounds like you, then read on!

The Role:

As project manager you will be responsible for the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation, as well as assessing project requirements, ensuring client needs are met, as well as regulatory standards.

The Client:

We are working with a market leader in the fire safety industry, with ambitious goals for 2025, looking to expand their projects team.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management within HCAV or smoke ventilation related industries.
• Organisational skills, keeping multiple projects on track concurrently, on budget and meeting client expectations.
• Strong client facing ability, with a focus on transparency to develop client relationships.
• Competency reading project drawings and planning accordingly.

Desirables:

• 2+ Years construction or on-site experience
• Successfully delivered projects on time and to scope, demonstrating ability in risk management, resource allocation and stakeholder management.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Full UK Driving licence.
