My client, one of the UK's leading providers of investment management services, based in the City of London is looking for an HR Initiative manager to take charge of key initiatives being rolled out including Diversity, Engagment, Wellness and other cultural change initiatives.

This is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to lead, manage and coordinate HR Initiatives and act as a people specialist in change and transformation.

You will work on a number of projects including culture change, employee engagement, D&I, wellness and other initiatives and support the HRD inn the People strategy. You will have strong project management experience.
