Accommodation Utilisation Estates Project Manager
Finegreen are currently supporting a large NHS Trust based in London, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to scope their current accommodation stock, also look at recommendations for changes to the portfolio.
The accommodation in the main is made up of properties for staff working at the Trust, in the main this is a mix of en suite with shared living areas, self-contained flats, patient family accommodation and some on call rooms.
This person will be responsible for capturing all the information related to all the properties within the portfolio, this is covering condition and leasing etc. This will then be reported back to the SMT within the Trust/Executive Team.
You will have worked on a similar scoping exercise, whilst this doesn't need to be within an NHS Trust the client would ideally like someone if not this specialism, to be from Housing Association/Local Government of Education.
Please note the client is looking for a candidate with a background in public sector/housing association property management, you will have qualifications and experience related to the above.
