Our small health charity has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic CAM Project Manager to join our team in vibrant Camden Town.

This part-time role has evolved as part of an ongoing funded project and comes with the responsibility of managing an established team of multidisciplinary Complementary Therapy Practitioners.

A sound knowledge of the Holistic Health and Wellbeing Sector, as well as previous experience in Voluntary Sector Project Management are essential, as these key elements overlap at the heart of this core role.

Role Purpose

The CAM Project Manager has a central role in ensuring that Women+Health provides a high quality, responsive and culturally appropriate CAM service, which meets the needs of the diverse communities in Camden and neighbouring boroughs.

The main focus will be the management of

  • Our Phoenix Rose Project 
  • The professional relationships with our self-employed and volunteer CAM practitioners who deliver an affordable programme of therapies and classes at our Camden centre, and also at community and commercial outreach events.

Skills / Experience required

Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written.

Solid knowledge and understanding of the Holistic Health Sector and Complementary Therapies.

IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in Voluntary Sector Project Management.

A great team worker who is also able to work flexibly and prioritise own workload.
