We are currently looking for someone to join the team and fill a junior level role that requires energy, organisation whilst working in a team and solo. Suitable for candidates with a years worth of agency experience. 

Project Coordination • Assisting on up to 2-3 projects simultaneously, all at varying stages of design, production or implementation. • Project Managing smaller projects through every stage of the process to ensure it meets the client brief and expectations. • Liaising with Clients, Suppliers and Design team. • Sourcing relevant props and suppliers for specific projects often working from a drawing or a written brief; getting comparative quotes and creating strong supplier relations. • Knowledge on building timelines and critical paths to ensure all projects are delivered on time. • On-site assistance and support on installations and de-rigs.

Project Accounting • Creating job numbers and purchase orders • Supporting PMs with budget and quote creation, reconciling and invoicing. • Managing supplier, freelance and courier invoices.

Team Development & Communication • Managing and mentoring Interns. • Organise team’s inspirational activities and coordinate internal presentations for individual reports.

Key Skills • Demonstrating excellent communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internally; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, over the phone and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and good negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and to demonstrate an organised, efficient and proactive approach to all tasks. • Ability to work on multiple jobs simultaneously and ability to prioritise sensibly and efficiently • Solution focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle a number of projects simultaneously, resourceful, highly organised and a good team player • Energetic, self-motivated, consistently proactive and showing initiative; able to manage their own time well • Mac literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Good creative understanding and some familiarity with production techniques and materials. • Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough quality checks • A consistently calm and patient approach and able to remain organised and positive when dealing with multiple requests

This is an office-based role that will require you to spend time in meetings and briefings, as well as staying in close contact with clients. It can be demanding, but very rewarding! Working hours will be standard office times; however deadlines and installations may stretch this further.
