Are you already leading a team, driving performance, and shaping property repairs? If So Moxie is looking for Senior Operations Manager to take charge of delivering day-to-day repairs and larger, complex projects across our clients housing stock, managing a budget of around 10 million.
You'll play a key role in creating a customer-focused culture that drives exceptional results while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value for money. Your leadership will guide the team to exceed targets, resolve complex issues, and ensure top-notch repairs service for residents and tenants.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a 10m Responsive repairs budget
- Oversee responsive repairs across a designated area, ensuring all performance targets are hit or exceeded.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture that enhances satisfaction and meets organisational goals.
- Take charge of escalating and resolving customer complaints,
- always aiming for a positive outcome
- Build strong relationships with direct reports ( x6 Trade Supervisors), stakeholders across the wider team directorates, and resident panels.
- Manage trade staff up to 100 strong, across a wide area within Hampshire, Dorset and East Sussex, west London.
- Ensuring the team is well-balanced, effective, and meets productivity goals.
- Oversee works delivered by contractors, ensuring they meet standards for both performance and financial targets.
What you'll Need:
- Proven track record within Social Housing Repairs management with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team across Social Housing repairs.
- A higher-level qualification in a construction-related field, plus Health & Safety qualifications.
- Significant experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
- Expertise in overseeing a large workforce (100 Strong) across a broad geographic area to deliver high-volume repairs efficiently.
- Strong awareness of business dynamics and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency with repair management systems and the ability to plan and manage tasks for a large team.
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.
