Robert Half Technology are assisting an SME engineering business in City of London to recruit a Project Manager with a specialism in IT infrastructure transformation - £450 - £550 per day.

Role

TELEPHONY UPGRADE

• New cloud telephony supplier agreed - this role will kick off the project
• This PM will be responsible for the migration, upgrade, and integration of this - VOIP network

APPLICATIONS

• Pick up on the current app package - scope with a view to a major overhaul
• They will need to re-organise, upgrade, patch etc
• Move everything from the database to the data warehouse - migrate and integrate

Profile

The ideal IT Infrastructure - Project Manager will come from an SME environment. The PMO in this business is not fully structured or established. So you will need to be dynamic and able to 'figure things out'. For context the client server system is comprised of circa 250 users

You will need to be 'hands-on' - maintain your own schedule, own the risk register etc.

You will have significant SQL server and Windows experience.

You will have signifcant understanding of and hands-on experience as an IT Infrastructure - Project Manager

This is a small business which has just been acquired by a global Engineering and Facilities Management business. This role has significant potential to open up further opportunities as there is broad IT transformation taking place.

Salary & Benefits

£450- £550 per day LTD

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
