Intermediate HVAC Project manager

Intermediate HVAC Project Manager required based in the Northeast. The company has an outstanding reputation for their design & installation packages throughout the Northeast & the surrounding areas. The company is seeking an intermediate HVAC Project Manager to join their expanding projects team.

The ideal candidate should be based within a commutable distance of the company's office in Gateshead. The candidate will be required to deliver pre-packaged projects within the light commercial/commercial sector across the Northeast and further afield.

Project values will vary from £10K - £200k and the candidate can expect to handle multiple projects at any one time. The candidate will be running projects from order to handover.

The company has a specialist team completing the pricing and design. All the projects will consist of installation from gaseous heating and hot water solutions, DX comfort cooling systems (VRV/VRF/Splits), Heat Pumps, Chillers & Ventilation systems.

Intermediate HVAC Project Manager Job Overview:

Manage the installation of HVAC & Mechanical Projects.

Attend Client site meetings and manage contract variations which may occur during the project

Support the specialist teams covering design and pricing

Attend and report on pre-start meetings and subsequent meetings throughout the contract

Plan, manage & cost of resources (including materials) both subcontract and direct labour

Create Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Operation & Maintenance manuals

Ensure Work is completed within target dates, budgets and Snag free

Deal with Contract Variations

Managing multiple projects ranging from £10k to £200k

HVAC Project Manager Job Requirements:

Previous experience within the HVAC industry.

Ability to manage projects from order to completion including all labour & Material requirements

ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) is preferred but not essential

CSCS Card Holder

Candidates will possess a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and project management

The successful individual must be competent with working from CAD drawings

Intermediate HVAC Project Manager Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to £37- £45k negotiable dependent upon experience.
