Thorn Baker is currently working with an award winning regional commercial contractor covering a variety of new build and Refurb projects across the South West. With a growing portfolio and 2025 looking like their busiest year yet they are looking for Project Managers to support them on a variety of projects across Health care, Education and Commercial projects to name a few.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sequence and organize the program of works, ensuring optimal work flow and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with various managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of project tasks.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to facilitate coordination and collaboration.

Required Skills:

• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar project management position
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
• Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor
