Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and groundworks to completion and handover.
- Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all work meets design specifications and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on new-build housing projects or similar residential developments.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively, ensuring financial and operational success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
- Own transport and ability to commute to the site in Newcastle.
