Based on site in the heart of London, you will work in a unique role that bridges the gap between client and supplier.  As the NPD Project Manager, your planning and organisational skills will be put the test as you will be responsible for planning and applying realistic timelines to all the run of the mill packaging on the food side, as well as NPD actively across promotional, seasonal and new product launch packaging. You will attend creative meetings, knowing when the brief needs to come in and how to plan workloads to ensure each packaging project is ready in time for launch date is key.  You will also need to know how to manage risks and escalate accordingly.

You will consistently engage with suppliers, challenge lead times and monitor Artwork. You will work closely with the Clients Design Studio and support the Clients Head of Packaging Design, the businesses Design Manager and Account Management teams in all aspects of project planning, batching and data management.

To excel in this position, you will need to have strong excel skills and a keen eye for detail as well as being confident (no wall flowers please!):

• Prior experience in working within a retail packaging environment, ideally with the one the main retailers.
• Prior experience in a design led project planning role
