Do you have a background Rail, Civil or Structural Engineering looking to step into a new role as a Project Manager within an expanding company working with market-leading blue-chip clients offering training and career progression to develop and upskill you?

On offer is the opportunity to join a tight-knit, family-run business who are an established part of the rail repair industry. Specialising in masonry repairs, steelwork installations and repairs, surface preparation, specialist paint application, drainage improvements, earthworks, fencing installations, pigeon mitigation, groundworks, and vegetation management.

This varied role is split between the office and site visits involving managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with designers, clients, and stakeholders to analyse project requirements and develop detailed, cost-effective plans. You will ensure the successful interpretation and execution of plans, creating comprehensive work programmes that account for all technical, logistical, and operational factors.

This role would suit someone with a background in Project or Contract Management within the Railway, Civil or Structural Engineering industry looking to join a tight-knit family run business with a supportive and collaborative nature.
